You can cancel your booking without any charge fee for transfer, but only for one day before your trip starts. After that time, the charge fee will be applied.
Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.
- If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus more than 13 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.
- If you choose standard types of vehicles (Sedan, SUV, Van), transfer must be booked not less than 10 hours before its beginning.
- If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking via Whatsapp (+84 911 611 246). It will take some time for us to find a car available. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.
The price is provided per car (or per group).
The price does not depend on the number of passengers within the car capacity.
Important note: maximum capacity of a car is specified for each class
– Sedan can fit max of 3 people and 2 luggage.
– SUV can fit max of 4 people and 4 luggage.
– Van can fit max of 12 people and 12 luggage.
