DAY 1: DA NANG ARRIVAL
DAY 2: HOI AN TOUR (MY SON HOLY LAND – HOI AN COCONUT VILLAGE – HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN)
On the second day of your 6D5N Da Nang Hoi An Hue journey, we will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to My Son Holy Land. My Son is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a cultural landmark, just a 1-hour drive from Hoi An. This site used to be the capital city for the Cham people, who ruled central Vietnam for a long time. You can spend 1 to 2 hours walking through the ruins, taking photos of the sights, and learning about the history and culture of the Cham people who built the temples.
Next, you will be taken to Hoi An Coconut Village, about a 1-hour drive from My Son Holy Land. Coconut Village Vietnam is a great eco-tourism destination with diverse flora and fauna, located near Hoi An Ancient Town. The tour typically includes a boat ride through the palm groves, some time participating in local activities like fishing or crabbing, and a chance to relax and enjoy the scenery.
Finally, you’ll end the second day of your 6D5N Da Nang Hoi An Hue experience with a trip to Hoi An Ancient Town, located near Coconut Village. Hoi An was one of the major trading centers in Southeast Asia during the 16th century due to early Western trade influences. With the guide, you will visit the Chinese Communal House, Tan Ky Merchant’s Houses, the Japanese Covered Bridge, and Hoi An Market, and learn about the daily life of the local people. The time it takes to explore Hoi An Ancient Town depends on your interests, ranging from a few hours to a full day. With just a few hours, you can quickly visit the main sights, wander around, and do some shopping.
After exploring Hoi An, we will take you back to your hotel to recharge your batteries and prepare for the next day.
DAY 3: DA NANG TOUR (MARBLE MOUNTAIN – LINH UNG PAGODA – HAN MARKET – CON GA CHURCH)
Today, as part of your 6D5N Da Nang Hoi An Hue adventure, you will explore Da Nang city. Our driver will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel in Hoi An, starting the day with a visit to Marble Mountain—known as the mountain with the elevator. Marble Mountains is a group of five limestone peaks situated 7 kilometers from downtown Da Nang. The site is home to a network of caves, tunnels, towers, and pagodas built by Mahayana Buddhists and the Nguyen Dynasty Kings. The structures and shrines blend harmoniously with nature.
Following that, we’ll head to visit Linh Ung Pagoda, located on Son Tra Peninsula, 18 km from Marble Mountain. It is the largest of the three Linh Ung pagodas in Da Nang. After six years of construction, the pagoda opened its doors to the public in 2010. Since then, it has become a revered pilgrimage site and a popular tourist destination. You should spend more than three hours visiting both Marble Mountain and Linh Ung Pagoda to fully appreciate their beauty and history.
Next, we recommend visiting Han Market as the third destination of the day, which is about a 20-minute drive from Linh Ung Pagoda. Han Market offers a diverse selection of goods, from fresh foods like vegetables, fruits, fish, and meat to dried foods, clothes, and shoes, all traded throughout the day. The market attracts many visitors with its variety of choices and relatively low prices.
You will then spend 30 minutes visiting Con Ga Church (Da Nang Cathedral), located very close to Han Market. The cathedral is a stunning example of Romanesque architecture with Gothic influences. It’s one of the few remaining French colonial structures in Da Nang and stands out for its distinctive pink color.

When night comes, we highly recommend visiting the dazzling Dragon Bridge. The Dragon Bridge is the biggest bridge in Vietnam and crosses the Han River. It’s a modern marvel, especially on weekends at 9 p.m. when the bridge lights up in a spectacular display, with fire and water coming out of the dragon’s head. There are also lovely cafes along the bridge where you can sit and watch this special show. If you prefer, you can take a boat trip on the river that departs from the Bach Dang area.
DAY 4: HUE TOUR (HUE IMPERIAL CITADEL – THIEN MUA PAGODA – KHAI DINH TOMB)
After enjoying a delicious breakfast at your hotel in Da Nang, our driver will pick you up for the 6D5N Da Nang Hoi An Hue tour, specifically a one-day exploration of Hue city. On the way, you’ll visit Hai Van Pass, Lang Co Beach, and Lap An Lagoon. The first destination is the Hai Van Pass, where you can take some time to soak in the breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains. Although the drive over Hai Van Pass itself only takes about 30 minutes, most people pause to fully appreciate the scenery. This pass lies between Hue and Da Nang.
