Welcome to Private Car Mentor’s service! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Make sure to read them carefully before proceeding. These terms govern your relationship with us, including rights and responsibilities.

We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all users. If you have any questions or concerns about these terms, please contact us. Your use of our services signifies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Thank you so much for choosing our service.

Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh private car transfer

I. Booking and Confirmation:

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Private Car Mentor.

II. Price:

  • There is a surcharge on Vietnamese public holidays. (New Year’s Day-January 1st, Lunar New Year’s Day, Hung Vuong Memorial Day-March 10th, Reunification Day-April 30th, Labor Day-May 1st, National Day -September 2)
  • The surcharge for tour guide rental on public holidays in Vietnam is 100%.
  • Service hours: 06:00-21:00, after 21:00-05:30, an additional fee of 5-10 US dollars will be charged.
  • Private car transfer fee is per car (or group)
  • Prices are in VND or USD.

III. Payment:

1. Payment methods

Customers agree to pay the agreed-upon fare for the service.

  • Credit card: Once you accept our offer, our team will send you a service voucher with an online payment link. Then you can easily pay with your credit card. Please note that it charges a bank transfer fee (3,7% of the amount and 5,500VND/transaction). Upon successful payment, you will also receive a copy of the email from our bank as payment confirmation.
  • Cash collection: Our tour guide/driver will collect the balance against the service voucher after each trip or at the end of the trip. The exchange rate for 1 US dollar is 24,000 VND

2. Deposit:

  • A deposit of 30-50% of the total fee is required in advance at the time of payment. Once we have received your deposit, we will issue you a Confirmation Service Voucher and our team will collect the balance (driver/guide/sales/accountant) in cash after the trip.
  • For guests from cruise ships, full payment is required in advance.
  • For travel agencies, we require full prepayment 3 days before departure.

IV. Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations must be made within the specified time frame to receive a refund.

1. Cancellation by customers:

  • Free cancellation up to two days before departure.
  • In case of cancellation one day before departure, 50% of the total booking price will be charged (within 24 hours).
  • If canceled 12 hours before departure, 70% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the booking fee or fare.

2. Cancellation by Private Car Mentor

  • Due to political situations, natural disasters, war or other external events, we can cancel a trip at any time before the trip starts. We are unable to carry out the planned itinerary. In this case we will notify the customer and you will be refunded as long as the deposit has been paid.
  • We are not responsible for any incidental costs that you incur as a result of your booking, including vaccinations, travel insurance excess charges or non-refundable flight costs.
  • Cancellation due to typhoons, earthquakes, strong waves (for cruise ships) and other reasons beyond our control.We regret to inform you that we will not refund your deposit for the following reasons:
    – We paid 25usd per person before depature to security department for getting paper permission to pick you up inside of the port.
    – We are still available to wait for you at the port until there is an official notice that the cruise ship will not dock due to force majeure reasons.

3. Notes:
If our driver/guide fails to pick up on time without being notified by the office or tour operator team, please call thehotline +84911 611 246 (contactable via WhatsApp) or email us. If you decide to make your own arrangements withoutnotifying us that we are late, Private Car Mentor will not be responsible for any costs. (This penalty will not be implemented in case of severe weather such as floods, typhoons, urban events, local festivals, etc.)

V. Service Modifications:

  • Changes to booking details require prior notice and are subject to availability.
  • Changes made within a certain time frame may incur additional charges.

VI. Responsibilities and Conduct:

  • Customers must provide accurate booking information.
  • Respectful behavior towards chauffeurs and vehicles is expected.

VII. Liability:

  • Private Car Mentor Company is not liable for delays or damages beyond its control.
  • Liability for direct damages is limited to the total fare paid.

VIII. Insurerance

Travel insurance is an important part of your trip, so Private Car Mentor offers guest transportation insurance. However, we do not purchase any other insurance. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you purchase proper insurance during your travels.
