Frequently asked questions
Minimum time of pre-order depends on the vehicle class.
- If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minibus more than 13 pax, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.
- If you choose standard types of vehicles (Sedan, SUV, Van), transfer must be booked not less than 10 hours before its beginning.
- If your trip starts later than the time given above, you can make an urgent booking via Whatsapp (+84 911 611 246). It will take some time for us to find a car available. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service.
The price is provided per car (or per group).
The price does not depend on the number of passengers within the car capacity.
Important note: maximum capacity of a car is specified for each class
– Sedan can fit max of 3 people and 2 luggage.
– SUV can fit max of 4 people and 4 luggage.
– Van can fit max of 12 people and 12 luggage.
Our drivers just speak broken-English. But it is enough to help you during the trip. As our drivers have offered many tourists and they know how to give you the best. The driver will have the main information about the route. And it will help you avoid communication with the driver and problems with language barrier.

- For domestic flight, our private driver will wait for you about 1 hour after the scheduled arrival time
- For international flight, our private driver will wait for you about 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time
If your flight is being delayed for less than 1 hour for domestic flight and 2 hours for international flight, the driver will monitor it and arrive by the time of landing. If you learn about a longer flight delay, please inform our driver by sending us an email or in online chat (Whatsapp +84 911 611 246)
Please note that if the waiting time exceeds 1 hour for domestic flight and 2 hours for international flight, the driver may ask to pay extra for waiting.
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform our driver by sending us an email or in online chat (Whatsapp +84 911 611 246) and provide the order number and the new arrival time.
If your flight arrives earlier, probably our driver with a name sign will not be at the meeting point yet. Please wait for the driver at the exit of the arrivals area. You can also contact the driver by sending us an email or in online chat (Whatsapp) to speed up your meeting at the airport.
Important note: if possible, do not leave the airport with local taxi service, in this case we will not be able to refund you the sum, and you will have to pay twice.

If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area or at the special meeting point. The meeting point will be specified in the voucher which we will send after you complete the booking.
